Swiss startup, Piech Automotive has appointed former AMG and Aston Martin boss, Tobias Moers as its CEO and CTO for the company. Manfred Fitzgerald will join the startup as co-CEO alongside Moers. Fitzgerald worked as Director of Design at Lamborghini for over twelve years. Manfred was appointed as global boss of Genesis and Hyundai Group Executive VP in 2015 before Lamborghini. We can say that the Swiss automaker has appointed some big names part of its company.

Toni Piech said he’s glad to have Tobias Moers and Manfred Fitzgerald, two well-known names in the industry as a part of the Piech team. With a proven record and vast understanding and adaptability, can easily communicate with the brand’s customers. Piech Automotive’s first offering will be the 2024 Piech GT. The GT offers a powerful three-electric motor powertrain making over 603 mph with a 0-62 mph time of under 3.0 seconds. The 2024 Piech will come with a 75 kWh battery with fast charging support and a driving range of over 311 miles.
