Skoda Will Source Cars From India To Begin Sales in Vietnam

Skoda has now officially entered in Vietnam. It has started with selling two SUVs.

The automaker has partnered with the Thanh Cong Group for the distribution and production of the automobiles.

Skoda plans to open 30 outlets in the country and a goal of 40,000 units by the year 2030.

The automaker will start selling with the two SUVs, the Karoq and the Kodiaq as a CBU units.

After the SUVs, Skoda will also import the Octavia and the Superb sedans in the Vietnamese market.

To conclude further, the automaker has also plans to launch the Enyaq iV and the Enyaq Coupe in the market. 

The German subsidiary has also plans to produce vehicles locally, but for starters, it will outsource vehicles from India.
