What’s New For 2022 ?
For the 2022, a Turbo GT model joins the Cayenne family for this year which will be the top of line level of performance with it’s 671 hp twin-turbo V8 and makes 626 lb ft of torque and has an insane 0-60 mph in 3.1 seconds and will come with some upgraded exterior and new 22 inch wheels and a centre exit exhaust and a new carbon fibre covered rear diffuser and will be offered in a coupe style body only. While the new Cayenne comes with no significant changes for this year except the upgraded Porsche infotainment with Android Auto.

The new 2022 Cayenne coupe comes with a plethora of engine options, a 3.0 Litre turbocharged V6 which makes 340 hp, a 2.9 Litre twin-turbocharged V6 which makes 434 hp and a 4.0 Litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine which makes 453 hp with the GTS model and 541 hp with the Turbo model. It also has two plug-in hybrid versions of its Cayenne, also named as Cayenne E-Hybrid, which makes 455 hp and up to an insane 671 hp.
The new Turbo GT model which comes with a 4.0 Litre twin-turbocharged V8 which makes 631 hp which isn’t that powerful in figures compared to the E-Hybrid one, but comes with huge brakes and tuned suspension with a standard 22 inch wheels and every model come with an eight speed automatic transmission and the new Cayenne Coupe can rocket itself off from 0-60 mph in 3.1 seconds and can achieve a top speed of 168 mph. The Cayenne handles the drive like a charm with superior stick to surface agile handling with precise steering and it’s eager and rapid in terms of acceleration with great stability and easy cornering. And holds upto the mark of being a Porsche branded car.

The new Porsche Cayenne Coupe with it’s base turbo six will deliver a mileage of 19 mpg in the city and 23 mpg on the highway. With a drop of 1 mpg with the twin-turbo V6. And the much more powerful twin-turbo V8 manages to deliver a mileage of 15 mpg city and up to 20 mpg on highway. Considering the plug-in hybrids could deliver much better fuel economy of a combined 25 mpg.
