The 2023 Chrysler 300 is just like whiskey, denim, cheese, and leather which gets better with age. But the Chrysler 300 is simply going into obscurity. If one belongs to the shrinking number of buyers seeking a large four-door sedan, there are a few options. Even among them, the 300 is relatively low selling. The gas-thirsty V8 gives the 300 slightly more muscular appeal. The cabin is comfortable and spacious, but those craving more luxury from a similarly sized luxury car will be left wanting. The 300, like about every car in this segment, easily manages to fit six carry-on boxes inside the trunk.
What’s New?
After Dodge, Chrysler has also stepped up its game with its special edition Chrysler 300 to make it stand out before the company shifts to electrified models. There are still no details about the special edition 300, but we expect the car will come with no major changes. The Chrysler 300 looks the same since the first time it came out decades ago. The company will add minor changes to packages and some interior tweaks.
Engine Specifications
The 2023 Chrysler 300 will come with V6 and V8 engine options. The base V6 makes over 300 hp and 264 lb-ft of torque. The 3.7-liter Hemi V8 makes over 363 hp and 394 lb-ft of torque. The 300 can accelerate from 0-60 mph in under six seconds. We expect the 2023 Chrysler 300 to be the last Chrysler in the current generation and will offer an electric successor in the next generation.
