The 2023 Mini Cooper Clubman JCW (a.k.a John Cooper Works), a performance focused station wagon which holds much more practicality with it’s much more roomier space than it’s smaller Cooper Hardtop. Whether to show it’s capabilities on track or bring your whole family onto a seaside vacation, packing a good 302 hp turbocharged four cylinder engine paired with an eight speed automatic transmission which makes this Mini, feels not so mini. The raging power inside blended with it’s all wheel drive system makes it more playful and thrilling to drive especially this JCW version which is a lot more sportier with it’s striking and bold looking body styles, either on track or chasing the daily traffic, the new Clubman JCW can make it a lot more adventurous.
What’s New ?
For the 2023, the new Clubman JCW has now an increased top speed of 155 mph with new tech features such as Lane departure warning, new SiriusXM satellite radio and new infotainment system.
Engine, Transmission, 0-60 mph, Top Speed & Performance
The JCW version is just the upgraded spec version of the S model with the 2.0 Litre turbocharged four cylinder engine which makes an increased 302 hp instead of 189 hp and 332 lb ft of torque, paired with an eight speed automatic transmission, this Clubman JCW can blast off from 0-60 mph in 4.7 seconds and can achieve a top speed of 155 mph. Even if this Clubman has a lengthy wheelbase, but it handles with ease with great stability and traction control thanks to its all wheel drive, this heavier Clubman maintains the a good cornering grip and talking about its performance, it’s real, it’s raw and it’s vigorous and plenty of power to play, with accurate steering and great handling which also makes this wagon to have a pleasant and a comfortable driving experience.

Although it’s the performance JCW model of the new Clubman, it still delivers a decent fuel economy with an estimated mileage of 23 mpg in the city and 31 mpg on the highway.

If you want the best driving experience from a Mini, the new Clubman JCW will be the best suited waggon for you coming at a price of around $40,000 with standard four airbags, makes it a great package for the price, even if is somewhat high, but if you want the best of the power from a Mini, it’s a great buy.
