Overview
Maria Borges was born in Luanda, Angola on October 28, 1992. She gain recognition in 2010 when she came second in the Angolan edition of Elite Model Look. Maria became the first African woman to be featured on the cover of the American version of ELLE in 2017. She signed with the agencies like IMG Models, 20 Model Management, Mega Model Agency, Elite Model Management, We Are Models, and more throughout her career. Borges appeared for Tommy Hilfiger, H&M, L’Oreal, and Forever 21.
