2023 Jeep Wrangler Willys 4xe debuts at the Detroit Auto Show adding the brand’s electric lineup of cars further. The entry-level Jeep offers more modern features rather than superior off-roading capabilities.
Engine Specifications & Performance:
Apart from minor visual changes, the 2023 Jeep Wrangler Willys 4xe comes with the same engine under the hood. It packs a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine paired with two electric motors. The 2023 Willys 4xe produces 375 hp (280 KW) and 470 lb-ft (637 Nm) of torque. The SUV comes paired with TorqueFlite 8-speed automatic transmission. A 17-kW battery powers the electric motors that deliver a driving range of 21 miles.
The Willys rides on 17-inch alloy wheels painted in black and offers a ground clearance of 10.1 inches. The SUV comes with a limited-slip differential system and heavy-duty Dana 44 axles, beefy mud-terrain tires. The 2023 Wrangler Willys 4xe also comes with 30-inches of water fording and a 2:72:1 Selec-Trac four-wheel drive.
Features & More:
The entry-level Wrangler Willys features standard LED headlights and fog lamps on the front. The cabin offers a 9-speaker Alpine sound system like the Grand Cherokee 30th Anniversary Edition. The cabin also includes all-weather floor mats with black trims inside the interior. The 2023 Willys also offers Sun & Screen package that adds an 8.4-inch display and the Sky One-Touch Power-Tap. Other new design elements include a black grille and a new Willys sticker and 4xe’s Electric Blue elements.
More:
The 2023 Jeep Wrangler Willys 4xe will start from $55,590 including a $1,595 destination charge. The Wrangler Willys will go on sale at the end of 2022.
