The Brabus 1300 R Edition 23 will be limited to 290 units with pre-booking starting February 16th.
German tuning house Brabus is known for its heavily tuned and modified cars. These cars offer a majestic design and muscular performance the stock performance seems nothing in comparison. The tuning company has revealed its first two-wheeler that is set to make a standard in the industry. The 2023 Brabus 1300 R Edition 23, the company’s latest creation is a love letter to all sports enthusiasts. The company known for tuning some of the craziest Mercedes-Benz cars revealed the 1300 R a little over a year ago.

Brabus teamed up with the Austrian two-wheeler company KTM, popular for its thrilling sports bikes. The German tuner will make only 290 examples with 145 of each color from the available two colors. The new Edition 23 uses a liquid-cooled 1,301 cc engine that makes 180 hp and 140 Nm of torque. The bike offers heavy carbon fiber treatment and CNC-machined components. The 2023 Brabus 1300 R Edition 23 uses the same mechanical parts as the KTM 1290 Super Duke R Evo. The Brabus bike comes with a WP steering damper, WP suspension on both ends, and Brembo caliper brakes with Bridgestone S22 tires. The superbike can acceleration from 0-60 mph in a thrilling 2.6 seconds and offer a top speed of over 170 mph.
Apart from the shared components and the chassis, Brabus has added its own layer of customization. It includes new 9-spoke monoblock wheels, a twin-barrel end-can, and a leather upholstered seat with the Barbus logo. The 1300 R offers a ton of carbon-fiber elements from its adjustable footpegs to its brake and clutch lever. The turn indicators are also new and so is the brake light that resembles the BMW S 100 RR.

Brabus will offer quick-action throttle with the 1300 R Edtion 23 for insanely quick throttle delivery. To take it further, the company has made the bike comfortable to ride with cruise control and heated seats, and handle grips. The 2023 Brabus 1300 R Edtion 23 will be available in two colors – Superbalck and Stealth Grey. All Brabus 1300 R bikes will come with exclusive perks such as a certification of authenticity. Pre-booking of the 1300R Edtion 23 will begin on February 16. The German tuner has not revealed the price of the bike but we know it won’t come cheap.
