What’s New For 2022 ?
After taking a break from the last year, the Audi RS3 with a complete redesign returns for the 2022 lineup sharing the same dimensions, same platform and interiors with the A3 and the S3.
Engine, Top Speed, 0-60mph & Performance
The 2022 RS3 will be coming onboard with an unusual 2.5 Litre turbocharged five cylinder engine which paires with a seven speed dual clutch automatic transmission which powers the car’s all wheel drive system which comes as standard and makes a violent 401 horsepower. And thanks to these unique odd numbered cylinders, the car makes a particularly pleasing quivering sound. And it also features a torque vectoring rear differential and comes with a drift mode, with stiffer suspension and new performance tires and six airbags.
The car can go from 0-60 mph in 3.8 seconds and can achieve a top speed of 155 mph (which can be upgraded to 180 mph with the dynamic sports package) and the performance is just aggressive and never runs out of power with feisty performance with confident handling with comfortable drive and great braking ability.
Fuel Economy | Mileage
The 2022 RS3 will deliver a fuel economy with a mileage of 19 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the highway.
Dimensions & Weight
The 2022 Audi RS3 will be 178.8 inches long, 72.6 inches wide, 55.6 inches tall and has a wheelbase of 103.6 inches and weighs much less from the A3 and S3 at around 1,575 kgs.
Price
The 2022 Audi RS3 will come at a price of $91,000 USD which is in a tight spot with its rivals from BMW & Mercedes.
