Battery, Range and Performance
The TVS X has a 7kW motor that can produce 11kW at max and 40Nm of torque. This offers excellent performance, with a top speed of 105kmph and an 0-40kmph acceleration time of under 2.6 seconds. It is powered by a 4.44kWh battery pack, which provides a significant range of 140km under Indian Driving Conditions (IDC). Charging is quick and easy, with a 3kW fixed charger reaching 50% capacity in 1 hour and a 950W portable charger reaching 80% capacity in 3 hours and 40 minutes.
Pricing
The TVS X electric scooter is available in a single configuration and costs Rs 2,49,990 (ex-showroom Bengaluru). While it does not qualify for the FAME 2 subsidy since it costs more than Rs 1.5 lakh, state discounts may be available depending on the location. Notably, this makes the TVS X India’s most costly electric scooter. Its price tag of more over Rs 1.5 lakh disqualifies it from the government’s FAME incentive scheme.

Design and Features
The Ola S1 Pro Gen-2 electric scooter’s feature list includes a variety of elements. It sports a twin-pod headlight, sleek LED indicators, LED taillight, external charging port, and split-style pillion grabrail. The scooter offers a spacious 36-litre under-seat storage capable of holding two open-face helmets. The Pro variant features proximity lock/unlock, remote boot lock, infotainment, side-stand and anti-theft alerts, geo-fencing, and navigation. Additional Pro features include hill-hold, cruise control, voice assist, and three ride modes.
Battery, Range and Performance
The Ola S1 Pro Gen-2 electric scooter is equipped with an electric motor that produces 5500W of power. In contrast, the base model generates 5500W of power from its motor. The S1 Pro Gen-2 offers great performance with a top speed of 115kmph. It has an extended range of 181km per full charge, compared to the base model’s 90kmph and 121km range. The scooter’s 3.97kWh battery pack can be fast charged to provide a 75km range in just 18 minutes, with a full charging time of six and a half hours.
Pricing
Ola has opened bookings for the second-generation Ola S1 Pro, priced at Rs 1.48 lakh, which is Rs 8,000 higher than the first-generation model. Deliveries for the new model are scheduled to commence from mid-September.
