1. Range Rover Classic
This is a mid-size Sport utility vehicle(SUV) that was in production from 1969 to 1996. This vehicle has a Buick-derived Rover V8 engine. They upgraded their engine displacement from 3,528 cc (3.5 L) to 3,947 cc (3.9 L) in 1989 and 4,197 cc (4.2 L) in 1992. With the permanent four-wheel drive for all the models’ the Range rover classic has the capabilities of offroading as well.
Even though Range Rover has problems with the oil leakages, Engine overheating there is always an option of engine swapping. And you can find these vehicles at pretty low prices.
2. Chevrolet Corvette C4
These were in production from 1983 to 1996. These vehicles have a 5.7L V8 engine and the engine placement is Front mid. The ZR-1 model has a powerful LT5 engine that can produce a maximum of 375 hp. The only reason for the decline in sales is the price, These were sold for $32,479 in 1990. Obviously for such a sleek design and high-performing vehicle the production cost will be high. You can always consider this a classic and it always adds another dimension to the collection.
3. Lancia Montecarlo
These were the cars produced by Lancia in Italy from 1980 to 1981. These were equipped with a 2.0 L Lampredi Flat 4 engine that was mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The signature Lancia split grille is what made this vehicle look better and with the three-spoke Momo steering wheel this vehicle has a different vibe to look at and even to drive.

These cars were in production from 1985 to 1993 and have a 2.5 L M20 straight-6 engine that is capable of producing a maximum power output of 125 kW (168 hp) at 5,800 rpm and 222 N⋅m (164 lb⋅ft) of torque at 4,300 rpm. With the kind of performance and luxury, this vehicle is no less than any other.

5. Fiat 124 Spider
These vehicles were produced from 1966 to 1985. And has a 1608 cc engine with two twin-barrel carburetors which produced 110hp. These are being sold as low as $20,000 in the auction.
6. AMC Hornet
The AMC Hornet was manufactured and marketed by American Motors Corporation (AMC) and was in production from 1969 to 1977. This vehicle has a 285hp V-8 engine mated to a 4-speed manual transmission. Classics with manual transmission these days has got a crazy competition among buyers but this vehicle is highly underrated. So you can find it at a lower price.
7. Lancia Fulvia Berlina
Another vehicle from Lancia which was produced between 1963 and 1976. It was introduced at the Geneva Motor Show in 1963. They released this car in three variants Berlina ( a 4-door saloon), Coupé, and Sport. Among these Berlina was underrated because of its looks.
Really? No, Its underrated because Berlina is a cute looking family car where as other two variants are Coupes with completely different design. This Berlina also comes with a V4 engine as others but the power is less when compared. But berlina will be a good car if power is not an issue for you.
8. Triumph Spitfire
The Spitfires has a 1,147 cc inline four-cylinder engine that produces a maximum power of 63 horsepower and 67 ft-lb. of torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 60 in 16.4 seconds and reach a top speed of a respectable 92 mph. With the inexpensive plastic steering wheel, external doorlocks, rollup windows and mainly the underpowered engine this can be bargained to a much lower price.
9. Ford Mustang
This Mustang is the first model that had a very positive response in the 80’s. This is mainly because of its design which was very sleek and often reffered as Fox Body Mustang. This pony car has different engines for different model years but with no doubt in the performance.
10. Alfa Romeo GTV
This is a 2+2 coupe. Produced by the Italian manufacturer Alfa Romeo from 1993 to 2004. This vehicle is equipped with a 1.8L 16-valve inline 4-Cylinder engine that produces a maximum power of 142 hp. Again a underpowered car. Because when on a budget you need to compromise for few things.
