The 2023 BMW 7 Series is an integral part of the BMW brand. Its flagship sedan lineup holds the utmost respect for being the best in class experience the brand has to offer. And the latest and greatest seventh-generation model has some really insanely advanced things to offer.
Design & First Look
The 2023 BMW i7 is an all-new model for the 7-Series lineup. It embraces the latest design language of BMW’s electric lineup. Just like the BMW iX, the new i7 states an all-new futuristic design that adds a sweet element to the car. Starting from the front, the magnificent large kidney grille with a blue lining below, that is covered subtly with a ring outside looks absolutely stunning. The new front with the dual-LED headlamps and the bumper just looks really fresh. Coming to the side where everybody lures the Hoffmeister looks that we all are acquainted with, adds a majestic experience to both the driver and the passenger. In the end, it’s got the slim and futuristic LED tail lights with a new rear end that makes the car look more from today, eliminating the positioning from the older generation cars.

Powertrain, 0-60 mph, Top Speed & Performance
Similar to the iX, the i7 comes with only one model, xDrive60 which is powered by dual electric motors that produce over 536 horsepower and 737 pound-feet of torque. With that crazy torque, the new i7 can go from 0-60 mph in less than 4.5 seconds and can achieve a top speed of 155 mph. The i7 is claimed to have the finest and the most thrilling driving experience, unlike any other BMW. The flagship sedan has a really quiet cabin and an astonishing performance that can hold anybody’s breadth with its power dynamics and the serenity of silence that it carries.

Battery: Range & Charging
The sole model comes with a 101.7 kWh battery pack that’ll power the car up to a driving range of more than 300 miles. The new i7 supports DC fast charging of up to 195 kilowatts. It can go around 80 miles with just 10 minutes of charge. Buyers will also receive complimentary charging sessions at Electrify America stations for the first three years of ownership of the new i7.

Pricing
Although the 7 Series will start at a price of $95,000. The new i7 will start at a price of a hefty $120,000. Which is justified considering the car will be directly competing with the latest Mercedes-Benz EQS EV considering the luxury and comfort it’ll provide making it the perfect competitor.
