BMW is all set to reveal its new upcoming XM SUV which is scheduled to enter production before the end of 2022. As we’re awaiting the official debut of the SUV, here are some new details about the XM we know now. The Bavarian automaker is teasing the XM via its website showing the new design and front DRL and new kidney grille. The new teaser image shows the 2023 BMW XM to offer an illuminated grille with the brand’s big kidney grille.
BMW XM Specs:
The 2023 BMW XM to bring a brand-new design with a plug-in hybrid powertrain. The XM will come with a 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine paired with an electric motor making 644 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque. The new SUV will offer a ZF 8-speed automatic transmission with rear-axle steering all-wheel drive. The BMW XM to offer up to 2.5 degrees of steering below 25 mph or above 100 mph. The BMW SUV to ride on new 23-inch wheels that will limit the car’s rear steering capability. The new XM will offer an an electric driving range of 30-50 miles.
We expect BMW will offer an entry-level XM with a 6-cylinder engine paired with an electric motor. The concept version that came with a 750-hp setup could be the XM Competition model. The top-spec model provides the best of the BMW XM experience.

BMW plans to begin the production of the 2023 XM before the end of 2022. We expect the 2023 BMW XM to arrive at your nearest dealerships starting in 2023.
