2023 Dodge Charger “Last Call” Super Bee Is Ready To Tear Drag Strip

Dodge unveiled a new limited edition 2023 Dodge Charger Super Bee based on the Scat Pack with new graphics, drag radial tires, and adaptive dampers and will be available in either blue or purple. The Dodge Charger will be discontinued in 2023 after being in production for more than a decade. The Charger will be replaced by the all-electric Dodge Daytona SRT concept unveiled a few days back. The company will also offer farewell to both Challenger and Charger with more special editions “Last Call” editions. The new Charger Super Bee will be the latest of the editions and will feature new graphics and performance tweaks.

A Little Bit Of History:

The Super Bee name made its official debut in 1968 that was based on the Coronet coupe, which then resettled to the Dodge Charger in 1971. The name returned in 2007 with the Dodge Charger SRT-8 and after it was used in the Charger 392.

Performance

The new Charger Super Bee offers a thrilling drag race performance using the Scat Pack. The car also gains adaptive dampers, with a drag mode, and comes with standard tires. The Super Bee comes equipped with a wideboy design and offers new 18-inch wheels wrapped with fat 315-width tires, while the standard narrow-body Super Bee features 20-inch wheels with 275-width tires. The Charger Super Bee also gets new four-piston Brembo braes, an SRT hood with a scoop that isn’t fake, dual heat extractors for extra cooling, and black SRT exhaust tips.

What makes the Super Bee stand out is its new stripe on the rear fender and the hood of the styled graphics along with the new grille and front fenders. Dodge will offer a black Mopar hood pin kit, the Super Bee logo appear on both the seatbacks and the instrument panel. The Charger Super Bee comes with Plus Group and Carbon/ Suede package as standard.

The 2023 Dodge Charger Super Bee will be limited to 1000 models, with 500 Widebody models with Plum Crazy with white graphics. The other 500 will be made of standard body painted in B5 Blue with blue graphics. The Dodge Super Bee is the second “Last Call” model revealed after the Challenger Shakedown, with 5 more special editions coming later this fall. The official reveal of the “Last Call” will happen on September 7.
