The 2023 model will feature new Plus and Premium trim to the lineup and they will have luxury features such as leather upholstery, a power sunroof, and premium audio equipment. The Premium will be the top-of-the-line variant, it will feature 19-speaker Harman/Kardon sound system, a leather-wrapped dashboard, and carbon-fiber interior trim. 2023 Dodge Durango will also feature a large 10.1-inch touchscreen that supports Dodge’s latest Uconnect 5 software.
