2023 Mercedes EQE: Cost, Facts & Performance
The All-electric Mercedes Benz EQE is quite a lot similar to the EQS model from the Benz branch of the German manufacturer. The car is all set to unveil this year at the stores challenging the Tesla’s model 3 and Model S. The car is quite aerodynamic and looks truly like an eco-friendly car. In addition the interior is quite spacious which takes the car to the mid size sedan range. The spacious interior provides the commuter with enough room to make him/her comfortable for long rides. The EQE350+ comes with a rear wheel drive making a clean 288 HP, whereas the EQE500 makes a great 402 HP. Both the models are expected to have range over 300 miles.
What’s new?
The Sedan comes with a New-generation MBUX Multimedia System with Augmented Reality Navigation system. It also includes Natural Language Understanding and Keyword Activation which makes the ride more comfortable.
EV Motor, Power & Performance
The EQE350+ comes with a rear mounted motor which makes a nice 288 HP with a torque of 417 lb-ft. The Mercedes EQE500 on the other hand makes 402 HP with an approximate of 520 lb-ft of torque. Mercedes claims that the EQE350+ can reach the 60 mph mark from a still stop in just 5.6 seconds and has a top speed of 136 mph. A set of 19-inch wheels are standard, but a larger rims set is expected to be offered by the brand.

The car comes with a 90.6 kWh battery pack which can be fully charged in 9.5 hours using a standard 240 V charger. The can also be charged using a DC fast-charger which take 31 minutes to charge from 10% to 80% as claimed by Mercedes.

The Rear-axle steering up 10 degrees helps the user park the car easily owing to its length. The car also comes with DYNAMIC SELECT mode including Comfort, Sport, Eco and Individual driving modes.
