Ram has finally revealed the 2024 Ram 1500 REV production-spec model after much hype and waiting. The new Ram 1500 EV pickup is a gigantic electric pickup that will compete with the Tesla Cybertruck and the GMC Hummer EV and the GMC Sierra pickup. The production version of the upcoming EV looks a bit different. It is still a gigantic and monstrous design in terms of curb appeal. The 1500 REV features awesome and modern headlights and taillights with a cool-looing set of new wheels. After seeing the new electric Ram, we can easily say that it looks more futuristic and appealing compared to its gas-powered model.
Specifications: Motor, 0-60 MPH, Top-speed & Performance
The 2024 Ram 1500 REV will come with multiple configuration setups. It will start from a single motor setup making over 300 hp, and a dual motor setup making between 450-700 hp. Ram may offer a range-topping model with a three or four-motor setup making over 1,000 hp of power. The pickup will offer rapid acceleration going from 0-60 mph in under four seconds and will offer a top speed of around 100 mph. The EV will inherit the company’s new STLA frame architecture which is solely based on EV models. More details about the performance of the pickup will be followed after the official launch of the truck. We hope the electrified Ram will offer a thrilling performance with good towing abilities and sturdy driving.
Battery: Charging & Range
The 2024 Ram 1500 REV will feature a large 100-kWh battery that will offer a range of over 300 miles. The EV will also offer AC power outlets like the Ford F-150 Lightning and the Hummer EV. The company has not announced any details about the electric Ram, more details will follow after the launch.
