Overview

Buick said that the SUV Electra 2025 will be released in multiple line ups. Electra is inspired by the pre-built Wildcat EV. The power terrain and feature including the range have not yet been released. The car is to be run on the Ultium Battery Technology developed by General Motors. The car will go into production in 2024 as a 2025 model. The Buick will include an all-wheel drive and would have a range of about 300 miles.

Models and Price

Currently their is only information available for the three of the models namely- Preferrd, Essence and Avenir. Preferred is the base model with Essence added with a touch of luxury and Avenir with the highest range. The price of the models is expected to be withing $50k, $60k and $70k respectively.

Specifications

Like all new-age EVs from GM, the Buick Electra concept is an Ultium-powered model. Two Ultium motors powering the front and rear wheels generate 580 HP of combined power, providing enough grunt to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.2 seconds. The concept version can travel up to 410 miles on a full charge
