2023 BMW M2 All Price, Top Speed, Mileage & Specification

2023 BMW M2 with RWD and manual transmission, is expected to keep its predecessor’s legacy of excellent driving. Whereas it shares some things with the regular 2-series, the new-gen M2 is mainly intended to provide the maximum performance possible. The car will not only have a more unique appearance, and a tuned chassis, but also its twin-turbo inline-six is expected to exceed the 405 horsepower made by the current M2 Competition. With a manual gearbox, the 2023 M2 will also be available in an eight-speed automatic. The car has a good driver’s seating position and the control layout is logical too. The M2 is a typical four-seater, but for extended journeys, two passengers are best suited, with their luggage, and a handful of items. BMW hasn’t revealed the rest of the details about the coupe, but we will update y’all once it hits the boards.

What’s New In BMW M2?

While the regular BMW 2-series recently entered the new gen, it is not too long until its high-performance variant; the M2 will follow the suit. Unfortunately, there is limited information about the next-gen M2, but rumors say it will still have a rear-wheel-drive layout and house a twin-turbo inline-six. The M2 Competition does excite the soul behind the wheel and attracts racy attention on the street, but sadly its low-key quality interior fails to amaze either. The interior is covered with racy carbon fiber and faux-suede trim, but the fit and finish of the panel disappoint at this price. The Beemer’s standard iDrive infotainment system gets to play through an 8.8-inch touchscreen which is also clean and has above-average response times.

2023 BMW M2 Engine & Performance

The new gen M2 will house a twin-turbo inline-six, expected to pack more power than the current version, which sports a 3.0L pumping out 405 horsepower on the Competition. If one had to guess, he would say that the new engine will pump out somewhere in the mid-400ish hp range. Powering the M2’s rear wheels will be done through either a six-speed manual or an eight-speed automatic. The car won’t be called an M car if doesn’t have a specially tuned suspension and various other enhancements helping it be the quickest version of the 2-series on a racetrack. The car handles like it is the driver itself performing as a car, with violent thrusts and a musical chassis. As many rivals feature adaptive dampers, instead this BMW uses conventional passive shocks tuned in an old-school way.
