What’s New For 2022 ?
The base models will have a boost of 30 horsepower from the previous models and the performance models will have a 40 horsepower boost from the previous models. And can be ordered with a sports exhaust package and a dynamic package including the ceramic brakes, new 20 inch wheels and upgraded racing seats with leather upholstery.
Engine, Top Speed, 0-60 MPH & Performance
The power comes with a 5.2 Litre naturally aspirated V10 engine inside which makes 562 horses, and paired with a seven speed dual clutch automatic transmission which transfers the power into the rear or all wheel drive system of the car. And can achieve a 0-60 mph time in just 3.2 seconds with a top speed of 204 mph.
The base models comes standard with the adaptive dampers while the performance models comes with a fixed one. The gearbox isn’t the best from the Audi but does the job pretty well. The R8 is snappier and quick with the gear shifts with an average cornering while the rear wheel model is a bit oversteering but it is a wonderful car which delivers a great performance with respect to its rivals.

The 2022 Audi R8 isn’t as fuel efficient as it may sound with the rear wheel model giving a mileage of 14 mpg in the city and 23 mpg on the highway. While the all wheel one gives 13 mpg in the city and 20 mpg on the highway.
