He was born on April 10, 1975, in White Plains, New York, U.S. He attended Byram Hills High School in New York and graduated from Dartmouth College in New Hampshire. Harbour made his T.V debut in 1999 in an episode of Law & Order. He appeared in a role for the American periodic drama series Pan Am. Harbour got his fame with the Bond movie Quantum of Solace and also with movies like Revolutionary Road, and State of Play. He played the role of Jim Hopper in the Netflix series Stranger Things and won many awards for his acting. His latest movie Black Widow was released in 2021.
