Although the specific enhancements, performance, and pricing remain a mystery, Ford tantalized us with camouflaged-like images, hinting at some of its distinctive attributes. To further pique our interest, former World Rally champion Ott Tänak, who happens to drive the M-Sport Ford Puma Hybrid Rally1 entry, will conquer the Goodwood Hill in the Ford Mustang Mach-E Rally.

It seems that the Mustang SUV with a rally-inspired design features a front end that has been restyled, incorporating circular fog lights cleverly integrated into the panel masquerading as a grille. Additionally, there is an eye-catching red recovery hook present on the front bumper. The side view image reveals subtle body cladding, elegantly tracing the lower portion of the electric vehicle and encircling the wheel arches. Which are adorned with predominantly flat-faced rims accompanied by tires featuring a more aggressive tread pattern than those found on the current Mach-E model. At the rear, a prominent rear spoiler is affixed to the rear hatch. Bearing a striking resemblance to the rally-bred Ford Focus RS hatchback, renowned for its all-wheel-drive capabilities. Although certainty is elusive, it appears that the Mach-E Rally possesses greater ground clearance than its exclusively on-road counterparts.

Anticipate the Rally’s powertrain to mirror that of the Mach-E, which offers a choice between a standard-range 70.0-kWh battery or an extended-range 91.0-kWh pack. These batteries supply energy to an electric motor positioned at the rear or on both axles. The latter configuration delivers all-wheel drive. And in the case of the spirited GT and GT Performance models, the motors collaborate to produce a staggering 480 horsepower and an impressive 634 pound-feet of torque. Ford boldly asserts that this will propel the Mach-E GT Performance from zero to 60 mph in a mere 3.5 seconds. The less potent variants boast a range of 266 to 346 horsepower and 317 to 428 pound-feet of torque. The Mach-E cruises on wheels ranging from 18 to 20 inches in diameter and offers the option of adaptive dampers for customizable ride stiffness.
The Mach-E may not offer the same level of excitement as the traditional Mustang. But it compensates with its serene operation and exceptionally smooth ride. The Mustang Mach-E boasts an estimated range of 226 to 312 miles, depending on the battery pack and motor configuration. Although it falls short of the impressive range provided by the longest-range Tesla models. Additionally, all models feature fast-charging capability. And each one is accompanied by a portable charging device that can add up to 30 miles of range per night using a 120-volt outlet or up to 80 percent battery life overnight with a 240-volt outlet. For even faster charging, Ford offers an online order service for certified electricians to install a Ford charge station. Capable of replenishing 32 miles per hour and recharging the battery overnight.
Ford Mustang Mach-E Rally Mileage
Ford boasts about the impressive range of the 2023 Mustang Mach-E. In the California Route 1 trim, the all-wheel-drive version aims for an EPA-estimated range of up to 312 miles. Following closely, the midlevel Premium model with rear-wheel drive is anticipated to travel around 306 miles according to Ford’s estimates. It’s worth noting that the range varies across different models and configurations. With the lowest being 226 miles for Standard Range battery models equipped with all-wheel drive. Furthermore, it should be emphasized that fuel efficiency may suffer due to the high-performance nature of this rally sports car.
