Hyundai has officially launched the Hyundai Exter, its smallest and most affordable SUV in the Indian market with first in-class features. With introductory prices ranging from Rs 6 lakh to Rs 10 lakh, the Exter sits below the Venue in Hyundai’s SUV lineup. It offers segment-first features like a sunroof and dashcam, and competes with rivals such as the Tata Punch, Citroen C3, and Maruti Ignis. The Exter is available in five trims, sharing its underpinnings with the Grand i10 Nios and Aura, and offering both petrol and CNG fuel options.

The Exter has textured accents and flared wheel arches, as well as Hyundai’s parametric design language. The daytime running lights and tail-lamps have unique LED treatments.
