He is the president and CEO of The Khoshbin Company, based in Orange County, CA, USA and author of the popular books like Driven: The Never-Give-Up Roadmap to Massive Success (Entrepreneur Press, 2018). Khoshbin immigrated to the U.S. with his family in 1984 at the age of 14, got his real estate license in 1992, and proceeded to build a tremendously successful career out of real estate. Today, his company has real estate holdings in seven states, totaling over 2.5 million square feet, with dealing in real estate of over $1 Billion.

I mean one would just feast their eyes by seeing this ultra luxury Beauty and even when it is a Bugatti. This unmatched beauty with took 3 years to build, dipped in Hermès paint, with cashmere fabric and one-of-one badges inside.
