Mercedes EQE Electric SUV Spied Testing In Nurburgring

The new upcoming Mercedes EQE SUV spied testing in Germany.

Overview

Following the current trend of electrification happening in the auto industry. Mercedes-Benz has committed to making every ICE-powered car electric. And so far, the German brand has been working on its all-electric SUV. The GLE will be available in an all-electric version. The Mercedes EQE based on the GLE will be constructed on a different design. The electric SUV is under development right now and will be available soon in the market. And we have caught a new spy image of the upcoming SUV prototype.

The new spy image shows us the upcoming EQE SUV in camouflage, testing in Germany. It shows the car driving on the Nurburgring in Germany. As of now, we can’t say if the test vehicle is in full production or not, but it looks like it will be almost the model that will hit the market.

A crash test car was caught in March this year which shows the overall look and front fascia of the EQE SUV. As it will be based on the GLE, the EQE will be placed behind the luxury EQS SUV. The new image of the SUV is the heavily camouflaged prototype. Mercedes-Benz hasn’t said enough about the model officially. We think that the EQE SUV will share its tech and other mechanics with the EQE sedan

Specs: Powertrain, Performance, 0-60 MPH & Top-Speed

The EQE SUV will come with a single motor design that will produce over 288 horsepower and 381 pound-feet of torque. It can go from 0-60 mph in less than 6.0 seconds and has a top speed of 149 mph. A more powerful AMG-badged version is also expected to come with a dual motor design that will produce over 650 horsepower.
