A new report has emerged from a Corvette blogger on Youtube, saying Chevrolet has closed the order books for the 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06. According to the report, Global President Scott Bell from Chevrolet informed the dealers to stop taking orders for the new 2023 Z06 model before the end of the year.

According to Motor1, Chevrolet stated that they are executing metered launch for the 2023 Corvette Z06 to meet the demand. It will provide an option for the customers to put the orders up before the end of this year. Chevrolet will keep the dealers and buyers posted with the additional orders for the productions. Customers can still place orders for the Z06 with dealers but in a limited quantity before 2022.
Corvette Z06 Performance:
Chevy unveiled the Z06 model last year in October 2021. The 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 packs a 5.5-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine with LT6 flat-plane crankshaft. The powerful engine throws a madness of 670 hp (500 KW) and 460 lb-ft (623 Nm) of torque. The 2023 Z06 can accelerate from 0-60 mph in a thrilling 2.6 seconds with a top speed of over 195 mph.
Pricing
The Corvette Z06 comes in Coupe and Convertible body styles with three different trim levels – 1LZ, 2LZ, and 3LZ. The entry-level 1LZ trim starts at over $106,395, the 2LZ costs $113,985. The top-spec 3LZ trim costs over $120,245 for the Coupe and $127,235 for the Convertible model. All prices of the Z06 models come with included $1,395 destination charge. Chevy also offers the Z07 package with the option to choose between the Carbon Aero package. The Performance package adds Michelin Pilot Cup 2R ZP tires with Brembo carbon ceramic brakes and a tuned suspension setup. The optional Painted pack costs $8,495 while the Visible Carbon pack costs $10,495. The new 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 will go on sale this summer till this fall before the official pre-orders are closed.
