Notably, the Century SUV boasts rear seats that can fold almost completely flat, providing a level of versatility and comfort reminiscent of a bed. Remarkably, Toyota claims an impressive all-electric range of up to 69 kilometers, as per Japanese WLTC standards. Price
Initially, the Century SUV is exclusively available in Japan, with potential plans to expand its presence to other regions in the near future. Toyota’s strategy of bringing global models to India, such as the Vellfire and upcoming Lexus LM MPV, might extend to the Century SUV. This move could attract luxury SUV enthusiasts in India, including those considering brands like Bentley, Range Rover, and Mercedes-Maybach. Priced at JPY 25,000,000, which converts to approximately Rs 1.41 Crore, the Century SUV is a premium offering. Manufacturing will be limited to just 30 units per month at Toyota’s Tahara Plant in Japan.
