Toyota Rumion CNG Bookings have been put on hold

Toyota Rumion CNG Specifications and Details

Toyota has decided to temporarily halt bookings for the Toyota Rumion CNG, which was introduced in August. This move comes in response to the unexpectedly high demand for the Rumion, leading to extended delivery times for all variants, particularly the CNG options. The decision aims to prevent customer inconvenience due to longer waiting periods.

Toyota Rumion CNG Booking Details

The Toyota Rumion, based on the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, faces a demand situation similar to its sibling. The CNG Rumion, has a waiting period of 6-9 months, while the petrol versions have a waiting time of about 4-5 months. Despite costing Rs 50,000 to 60,000 more than an equivalent Ertiga, the Rumion’s superior standard warranty and the Toyota brand’s prestige have led to strong demand.
