Positioned as a more upmarket offering, this scooter will join the iQube as TVS’s second electric vehicle. The launch event, hosted in Dubai, promises to be a groundbreaking “electric-flying” launch that defies the status quo in mobility. The teaser reveals a vertically positioned lighting system, reminiscent of the Creon concept showcased at the 2018 Auto Expo. This new electric scooter is likely to surpass the iQube in terms of features and capabilities. The production-spec Creon will have a significant improvement in battery, range, and performance compared to the concept. The concept used three Lithium-ion batteries capable of developing 12 kW power. The production version is likely to have a more advanced battery system. The concept claimed a range of 80 km on a single charge, but the production-spec Creon is likely to have a range well over 150 km, making it more suitable for longer rides. Additionally, the concept boasted a quick acceleration of zero to 96 kmph in just 5.1 seconds, indicating its performance-oriented nature. To attract young customers, the production version could also be equipped with connectivity features, adding a modern touch to the electric scooter.
