Overview
Mazda CX-70 is a mid-size crossover SUV which is slightly bigger than the 2023 Mazda CX-50 this will be a perfect gap filler between the Mazda CX-50 and Mazda CX-9 which is a three-row SUV. This is probably expected to be released in late 2022 or early 2023. This vehicle comes with a new platform with a longitudinal engine layout which helps the vehicle to have good handling, and the well-refined engine will improve the drive quality as well just like a few BMW and Mercedes models.
What’s New ?
The interior of the Mazda CX-70 is expected to have the same layout as Mazda CX-60 but with some wider proportions. And it is known that a new Mazda CX-90 is going to be released soon. This vehicle is also expected to have a 10.3-inch infotainment display very much similar to the other vehicles.
Specifications, 0-60 MPH, Top Speed & Performance
The Mazda CX-70 reportedly will be available in two different hybrid options, One with an inline-six cylinder gasoline engine and 48-volt hybrid system that is capable of generating a combined power output of 300 hp. The other with a 2.5L inline-four cylinder engine. This is a plug-in-hybrid with the option of driving electric-only and gives a maximum range of 39 miles. The engine will be mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission and the Mazda CX-70 is also expected to have a standard all-wheel drive similar to all its vehicles.

Price
There isn’t any official announcement made about the price of the new 2023 Mazda CX-70 but it is estimated to have a base price of $38,000 and the top model with $50,000 because of its updated features, luxurious interiors, and smooth, well-refined engine. Here is a detailed expected price tag for each trim.
