Nissan launched the new Nissan Magnite Kuro Edition and a low-cost AMT variant today
Nissan India showcased the new 2023 Nissan Magnite Kuro and new AMT variants as an update for this year. Besides the new affordable AMT variant, the new special Kuro Edition is a smart play to tap into the coming festive season.

Magnite Kuro Edition
The 2023 Nissan Magnite offers the new Kuro Edition based on the XV trim – one below the top-spec model. Kuro means ‘black’ in Japanese, it shows the car’s exterior theme finished in black. From the front grille, and bumper to the wheels, all are finished in black. The contrasting red front brake calipers add to the contrast.
The black theme continued in the interior, with its blacked-out cabin with matching black steering wheel, gear, and door knob to AC vents. Apart from that, the black theme continues with the black leather seat covers with black upholstery.
2023 Nissan Magnite AMT
new 5-speed automatic transmission paired with a 1.0-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine that makes 72 PS of power. Its new AMT variant is an affordable version of the already popular CVT variant that makes 100PS of power with the 1.0-litre turbocharged engine. The AMT variant will go on sale with multiple variants for more accessibility.
Price & Availability
Nissan India announced the booking for the 2023 Nissan Magnite Kuro & the AMT variant is open. However, the pricing for both the new variants has not been disclosed as of now. More details about the pricing for the Kuro Edition and the AMT variant will be revealed soon. We expect a price bump of around Rs. 15,000 for the Kuro Edition and Rs. 50,000 for the new AMT variant. The 2023 Nissan Magnite starts at Rs. 6 Lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs. 11.02 Lakh.
