Nissan Titan XD Engine, Power, Performance & Acceleration
The 5.6-liter V8 engine that runs on petrol as normal is smooth and silent. It has a nine-speed automatic gearbox, standard four-wheel drive, 400 horsepower, and 413 pound-feet of torque. Nissan’s tweener has the driving manners of a more refined heavy-duty pickup but lacks the handling and towing capacity. Despite having a heavy-duty frame and a large pickup, the Titan XD rides reasonably well compared to light-duty pickups. The XD also drives like a heavy-duty pickup, with sluggish, imprecise steering and unspecific answers to driving instructions. As a result, driving on the highway is awkward. The XD-tested findings placed it in the middle of the group. The brake pedal’s soft, hazy sensation is unsettling.
The Titan XD’s maximum towing capacity with a gooseneck hitch is 11,040 pounds, compared to the Ford Super Duty’s maximum towing capacity of 37,000 pounds. The Nissan’s weight decreases to 10,880 pounds while towing a regular trailer. Additionally, both maximum towing capacities are less than those of half-ton trucks like the Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500, which can tow a combined 12,000 pounds. The Pro-4X, SL, and Platinum Reserve trims get a new 9.0-inch display as well as a Wi-Fi hotspot, but the base S and cost-conscious SV versions still have an 8.0-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Given Titan XD’s position as an intermediary, we advise staying with the base SV trim. The Titan XD will have increased payload and towing capacity, giving it a better opportunity to compete against similarly priced HD rivals. Fortunately, all Titan XD models come well-equipped with driver-assistance features and fashionable 20-inch wheels, and four-wheel drive is a standard feature.

Conclusion
