Overview
Toyota, being very antagonistic, does a very desperate action to seize the full-wheels market. With the new 2023 Toyota Highlander, the rattling mid-sized SUV does look like an executive from a distance. One of the bold chunks from the line-up, the highlander is all about picking up the pace of the highway while taking up all the space out on the road.
What you get here is a very fun-to-ride jolly drive-set but as the front grille indicates, it is definitely filled with aggression of that bursting fuel. What’s New
The New Highlander does get an updated engine set that is of turbocharged 2.4-liter four-cylinder instead of the existing V6, that gives out the same power and mileage, but the need to do so? Maybe just to make the car 2-cylinders lighter. And few tit-bits gets add up for the up-going models.

The Highlander comes standard with a 265-hp 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine, which pairs with an eight-speed automatic transmission and either front- or all-wheel drive if we talk about regular. However, the Hybrid shows up with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder and two electric motors team up for a combined 243 horsepower. This model comes with a automatic transmission (CVT) and a choice between front– and all-wheel drive.
The run-eat figures are only for the gas variant, which goes as 36 mpg in the city and 35 mpg on the highway by the all wheels spinning. The Hybrid is yet to be modelled out but will be told soon as known.
