Overview
Okay, The 2024 seventh generation Ford Mustang is arrived and it continues to offer its 2.3-liters Turbocharge four-cylinder EcoBoost and 5.0-liters V8 but there is something special for enthusiasts or you can say a surprise from Ford, The Dark Horse Mustang. This special edition Dark Horse is all performance focused and ready to race coupe which is going to fulfill all needs of an enthusiast. Another big change to 7th generation is all new interior with huge screen and new shades.
Ford take the first day of Detroit Auto Show to reveal seventh generation Ford Mustang. Just after reveal Mustang hit the internet and get viral within few minutes and everyone fall in love with the new generation pony. Some big changes come up with insane interior and new conventional engines under the hood. And the Manual-Transmission which was waited by everyone. It expected to get plug-in hybrid and all-wheel-drive variants, so let’s see for the further news.

Engine, Performance, Top Speed & 0-60 mph
Mustang is love of people from 1964 and Ford have sold over 10 Million units till the date. This time they have done some serious changes which includes electronic drift brakes and a way to remotely rev the engine. Previously you can just switch it on with a roar but this time you can rev pony by standing outside the vehicle. Not just this 2024 Mustang is completely redesign with more muscular and tech-centric interiors. Ford is continue to offer both coupe and convertible with all engine options. It has both of the previous engines 2.3-liters Turbocharge Inline 4-Cylinder EcoBoost and 5.0-liters Naturally Aspirated V-8. Along with manual transmission. The new variant is Dark Horse which is completely designed for enthusiasts and all focused to performance. Currently Ford hasn’t reveal exact performance figures.
New EcoBoost and Coyote Engines
The four cylinder EcoBoost engine is revised and this time its more fuel efficient. EcoBoost gets changes like better packaging, new fuel-delivery and ignition systems. Updated Turbocharger and higher compression ratio are new improvements. Its expected to deliver more then 330-horsepower and 350 pound-feet of Torque with a 10-speed automatic transmission, sadly this variant is not gonna get manual due to low sale on that. Ford says that this EcoBoost will be more fuel efficient and improved performance with a top speed of 145 mph and with a good acceleration of 0-60 mph in just 5.8 seconds expected.
The 5.0-liters Coyote V-8 engine is also revised with more power then the previous generation. Ford says that this variant will be the fastest and most powerful Mustang ever made. So it will cross the power units of previous variant which was 480-horsepower and 420 pound-feet of torque. The Mustang 5.0 also receives a new steel oil pan that helps to improve oil flow and reduce friction. 5.0 still gets the standard 6-speed manual and 10 speed automatic as option. This beast is the most awaited by American.

Most Interesting Feature
The most interesting feature in seventh generation Ford Mustang is Remote Rev. As the name this feature allow the owner or driver to rev the car from outside using the car’s key fob. This feature is design to entertain adolescents and annoy older audiences. This feature runs on its own pre-programmed sound and comes on any pony with the active exhaust system, except for manual models.
Interior
One of the biggest change is Interior in all new 2024 Ford Mustang Seventh generation. The “double bubble” dashboard design is gone now and say hello to all new digital interior. 7th gen Mustang have massive glass panel that combines a 12.4-inch gauge cluster and a 13.2-inch touchscreen which will be same in top and base variant of it but its separated in the base. The new dash is big change and its more of screen which is the break from tradition, They says that new generation will love it more then old and have more fun to use and operate.
Price
Currently Ford hasn’t reveal the price of seventh generation ford mustang but its expected to be near the previous Mustang with not much difference in the base variant. It can go higher to $60,000 – $65,000 USD for the performance variant.
