The 2024 Ford Mustang will have the powertrains from the previous generations with a 10-speed automatic transmission and six-speed manual transmission. Ford CEO Jim Farley, communicated this information with a tweet containing #SaveTheManuals. And when carefully seeing the video it shows a six-speed gear knob. According to reports, this will be the last manual transmission the model will ever have.

The 2.3 L EcoBoost I4 and 5.0 L Coyote V8 engines from the current generation will carried to the new Seventh Generation. Design and Hybrid Powertrain
