Beautiful Italian Cars are some amazing creations by humans. Most of the Italian cars are beautiful but don’t go just for looks. Some cars have so many problems that can make you go crazy. They hide weak engines, reliability issues, and poor handling under their beautiful body. Here are the top 5 Italian cars that you should avoid at any cost.
1. Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione
8C Competizione is a beautiful car. It comes with a 4.7-liter V8 engine sourced from Ferrari. It produced 444hp and 480 Nm of torque. However, it had many built quality issues. Many cars were recalled due to defects in tie roads and other major problems.
2. Fiat 124 Spider
Fiat 124 Spider was launched in 2015. It was based on Mazda MX-5 platform. 124 Spider had a 1.4-liter MultiAir L4 turbocharged engine. It had problems with electrical systems, the suspension was not providing the support or ride people were looking for and visibility was low on sunny days.
3. Maserati GranTurismo
Maserati developed Maserati GranTurismo in just 9 nine months. Don’t think that way you dirty-minded people, keep it clean. At first, people were amazed by its looks and its Ferrari-sourced engine V8 engine but it had reliability issues. It was also the reason for its depreciated price.
4. Ferrari California
Let’s go back to the 80s when Ferrari launched entry-level Mondial to boost their sales, but it backfired. It was ugly looking, slow, and not fun to drive at all. Then, they again did the same thing when they introduced entry-level California. It was beautiful for sure no doubt but had many reliability issues. This word just doesn’t suit a Ferrari.
5. Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio
Alfa Romeo launched Giulia Quadrifoglio in 2015. It was one of the most beautiful sedans ever made. It had twin-turbo V6 engine making 500hp. All that beauty was for nothing, it had reliability issues that made this car bad in every eyes.
