Porsche India commemorated the brand’s 75th anniversary with grandeur, marking the occasion with noteworthy events and announcements. The launch of the Cayenne facelift, the 911 S/T, and the all-new Panamera further firmed Porsche’s position in the luxury car segment. The brand aims to elevate its portfolio with five more additions in 2024.

1. Porsche 911 Facelift:
The revered 911 will come in a facelift model for 2024. The company’s flagship sports car will offer minimal styling tweaks and for the first time a hybrid powertrain option alongside a petrol engine. While the exact launch date is uncertain, the 911 facelift will redefine the sports car segment in India, it will compete with formidable rivals. The facelifted 911 will feature a powerful 3.0-litre twin-turbo flat-six, and a 3.8-litre twin-turbocharged flat-6 hybrid engine making more than 750 horsepower. Porsche’s new 911 Facelift will cost between Rs. 1.8-4.0 Crore and might launch in late 2024 or early 2025.
2. Porsche Macan EV:
The Macan EV will be Porsche’s first legacy nameplate to embrace electric power and is poised for an Indian debut in mid-2024. The electric SUV will sport a 100 kWh battery pack and two motors producing a combined 612 hp and 1,000 Nm of torque. The Macan EV promises exhilarating performance with a focus on rear bias engineering and will project to be one of Porsche’s most thrilling rides. Rapid charging capabilities, reaching 10 to 80 per cent charge in under 22 minutes, add to the Macan EV’s allure. The Macan EV will be priced between Rs. 1-1.5 Crore.
3. Porsche Taycan Facelift:
Porsche’s iconic electric four-door, the Taycan and its Cross Turismo variant are set to undergo mid-life updates. With battery options ranging from 79.2 kWh to 93.4 kWh, the Taycan facelifts promise enhanced range and performance. Launching towards the end of 2024, the Taycan facelifts will continue to compete with models like the Audi e-tron GT. The 2024 Porsche Taycan Facelift will cost between Rs. 1.6-2.8 Crore in India.
4. Porsche Cayenne, Cayenne Coupe GTS:
The refreshed Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe will receive sportier GTS variants featuring the potent 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine. The power mill delivers over a magnificent 500 hp and will combine performance with aesthetic upgrades. The mid-2024 launch aligns with the Panamera GTS, promising a dual treat for luxury SUV enthusiasts. Both the Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe GTS models will arrive in India in mid-2024 and cost around Rs. 2.5 Crore.

The 2024 Panamera GTS will pack a robust 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine and grace Indian roads in mid-2024. With distinctive design, aerodynamic enhancements, and interior updates, the Panamera GTS aims to redefine high-performance luxury. Priced above Rs 2 crore, the 2024 Panamera GTS will present a formidable challenge to competitors like the Mercedes-AMG GT63 S e-Performance 4-door Coupe.
