The upcoming 2023 Mercedes-AMG C63 is teased ahead of september 21 launch. AMG unveiled the prototype model of the upcoming C63 sports sedan at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. The automaker didn’t revealedany technical spec of the car, but we are excited to know what it has to offer.

Mercedes may bring the AMG C63 with a turbocharged four-cylinder engine paired with an electric hybrid system. We expect a plug-in hybrid model which is powered by a 6.1-kWh battery. We expect the AMG C63 willl come in standard all-wheel drive unlike its previous gen model with rear-wheel drive. The result will be a massive output of over 600 horsepower and blazing fast acceleration. The AMG’s flagship C-Class will bring more performance and aerodynamics to the table to rival the current BMW M3. Mercedes will likely to make a wagon that will rival the M3 Touring with the similar performance package.
The 2023 Mercedes-AMG C63 will also offer an electric only range of up to 30 miles thanks to its PHEV powertrain. We expect a deliberate power dynamics and performance tuning from the AMG-badged car. The flaship C63 will offer a rocket-like acceleration thanks to its lightweight engine and performance upgades. It will all come clear when the car makes its officla debut at the September 21 event. The automaker won’t be launching the Cabriolet and Coupe models of the car as they will merge to become a new CLE class.
