Bappi (Alokesh) Lahiri was a politician, singer and music composer born on 27th November 1952 in West Bengal. He composed many famous soundtracks such as Himmatwala, Justice Choudhury, Adhikar, Tohfa and maqsad. In 2014, he was joined to a political party BJP. He got some iconic awards such as Filmfare Award and Mirchi music Award.
Recently he was passed away at the age of 69 in Mumbai due to lung infection. May his soul be rest in peace (RIP)
