Buick Wildcat EV Concept is a two-door coupe concept car that is a vision of what is to come from the carmaker. On June 1, Buick released pictures and details of the Wildcat EV. The EV is a two-door coupe, wearing Buick’s restyled badge which indicates the brand’s upcoming design architecture.

The Wildcat name was previously used on a model which offered a variety of body styles in the 1960s. The Wildcat EV concept is an extensively different vehicle than the predecessor that shared its name. In particular that it is an EV and there is no indication that the car is set for production. The primary purpose of the Wildcat concept is to serve a vision for the future of Buick’s EVs. Buick has previously reported that its entire lineup will go electric before 2030.

Buick has made considerable shifts to its lineup in recent years. A brand that made cars, particularly sedans, now offers SUVs and crossovers in the United States.
