Overview
The 2022 Kia EV6 is the first electric compact crossover from Kia. As a EV it shines when we pushed hard accelerate but then we have to compromise on range. Brand claims driving range of 310 miles per charge. Its cabin is specious and tech-laden but it has quite small front truck space. It has some bugs in the infotainment system but we’ll expect that it clears in the upcoming software updates. There is option of two batteries which are connected to the rear or all-wheels producing power figures between 167 and 576 HP.
What’s new For 2022?
The EV6 is the first electric vehicle from Kia and it will arrive at the dealerships in next year. Kia planned to launch new 11 EVs till 2026.

EV6 boasts 12.0-inch infotainment system and optional 12.0-inch digital cluster with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay integrity, Wi-Fi hotspot, wireless charging and 11-speaker audio system.
Adaptive cruise control with lane keep assist and rear cross traffic alert with blind spot monitoring as a standard while remote parking assist is also available.

Engine, Top Speed, 0-60 mph & Performance
The 2022 EV6 has the two powertrain options such an electric motor produces 167 HP and connected to the rear or all-wheel drive system while the bigger battery pack is only offered with all-wheel drivetrain which generates 320 or 576 HP. The GT-Line AWD can does 0 to 60 MPH in just 3.5 seconds and have a top speed of 145 mph. Well its ride quality is very well composed and it delivers athletic handling.
Battery Information & Range
The 2022 Kia EV6 is available with two battery options such as 58.0-kWh and 77.4-kWh. According to EPA, the standard battery pack delivers driving range of 232 miles while bigger battery packs delivers 10 miles+. Kia claims that it will took 7 hours to recharge from 10 to 100 percent with level 2 outlet while with 350-kW it took 18 minutes to recharge from 10 to 80 percent.
