Overview
The 2023 Solterra is a first electric crossover from Subaru. Subaru tie-up with the Japanese automaker giant Toyota to EVs in future. Solterra shares the platform and engine with the Toyota bZ4X. It has many standard driver assistance features and all-wheel drive system. It sis expected that Solterra gives driving range of 220 miles per charge.

Solterra will be the completely new and first EV from the brand and it will launch in 2023.
Price & Features
We’ll expect that Subaru will launch Solterra in very competitive pricing and we’d expect that it will somewhere around $37,000.
There is long list of desirable features will be offer in Solterra such as 12.3-inch infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility, wireless charging and built-in navigation system.
The standard safety features will be offered such as lane departure warning with lane keep assist, forward collision warning with automated emergency braking and blind spot monitoring with rear cross traffic alert.

Under the hood of Subaru Solterra is two electric motors which generates 215 HP and 248 pound-feet of peak torque with standard all-wheel drivetrain. Solterra will be available with 4 drive modes such as Eco, Normal, Power and X-mode and it will do some off-roading with ‘Grip Control’ feature and 8.3-inch of ground clearance. The European model of Solterra does 0 to 60 MPH in 7.4 seconds and have a est. top speed of 130 mph.

Battery & Range
Subaru hasn’t revealed the specifications of its battery pack but brand claims solterra’s driving range is 220 miles and compatible for DC fast charging.
