The XUV e9 offers an electric powertrain and packs an 80 kWh battery that provides a range of 450 km on a single charge. Additionally, the SUV supports fast charging and is capable of reaching speeds of 175 kW which allows the vehicle to charge from 0% to 80% in just 30 minutes.

The electric motor in the XUV e9 produces an impressive 394 PS of power and 600 Nm of torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6 seconds and achieves a top speed of 200 km/h. The all-wheel-drive system adds to the SUV’s performance capabilities.

Affordable Price:

Mahindra will launch the XUV e9 in India in April 2025. While the exact pricing details are not revealed yet and is estimated to start from Rs. 38 lakh (ex-showroom). The XUV e9 will compete with other electric SUVs in India, including the Hyundai Ioniq 5, Kia EV6, and Pravaig DEFY. Mahindra also plans to export the XUV e9 to Europe, where it will face competition from the Tesla Model Y, Volkswagen ID 4, and Ford Mustang Mach-E.
