Overview
The mid-size luxury sedan Mercedes-Benz CLS450 looks descent in styling but it lacking somewhere in practicality. CLS450 sacrifices the 2nd row seating space due to coupe styling and boot space is also not that much big. CLS450 comes with V6 engine producing 362 HP and all-wheel drive system as a standard. Still CLS isn’t as overall package as Mercedes-Benz E-Class sedan.
What’s New For 2022 ?
In 2022, Mercedes dropping the AMG tunes CLS53 variant having 429 HP and rear-wheel drive version of CLS450. Now it will only available in 362 HP CLS450 4Matic. Front bumper and grill design is also updated. Three-spoke steering wheel with capacitive touch buttons as well as new leather and trim combinations
Price & Features
Mercedes-Benz hasn’t make any official statement regarding pricing but we expect that it only available in CLS450 4Matic variant which is starts from $74,000 and goes on sale in early 2022.
It offered awesome features such as nappa leather upholstery, 12.3-inch infotainment display with MBUX software, standard Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, optional Wi-Fi hotspot, heads-up display and wireless charging technology.
Safety features includes forward collision warning and automated emergency braking as a standard, adaptive cruise control with stop and go technology, lane-departure warning with lane-keep assist.
Engine, Top Speed, 0-60mph & Performance
The Mercedes-Benz CLS450 offers 3.0-litre turbocharged V6 engine with 48-volt hybrid system (EQ Boost) makes out 362 Horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. Carrying this power CLS450 needs just 4.5 seconds to cover 0 to 60 mph and can hit a top speed of 155mph expected. This engine is mated to 9-speed automatic transmission and comes with 5 driving modes such as Eco, Comfort, Sport, Sport Plus and Individual.

The 2022 Mercedes CLS 450 4Matic gives mileage of 36 mpg on highway which nearly same as the core rival Audi A7.
