Overview
The 2022 Toyota Supra shares its platform, powertrains and some of the interior as well with the BMW Z4. The legendary Supra is drives crazy and always ready to raise your heartbeats with 255 HP 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder as a standard and 382 HP 3.0-litre turbocharged inline-six. Both the powertrains are connected to the rear axle with 8-speed automatic transmission.
What’s New For 2022 ?
For 2022, the 3.0 variants get full screen Apple CarPlay but only for those who equipped optional JBL stereo system, new red interior scheme and heated seats. Toyota launched limited edition A91-CF which comes with carbon-fiber body kit and built only 600 models. It includes red and black interior upholstery, rear spoiler and 19.0-inch matte black wheels.

The features offered are 8.8-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, Navigation and 10-speaker standard and 12-speaker optional audio system.
The standard safety features available are lane departure warning, automated emergency braking with pedestrian detection and adaptive cruise control.

Engine, Top Speed, 0-60 mph & Performance
The Toyota Supra comes in two engine options such as 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine making out 255 HP and 3.0-litre turbocharged inline-six engine roaring 382 HP and mated to 8-speed automatic transmission with rear-wheel drivetrain only. The disappoint thing is that it not comes with manual transmission. Still it is not deal breaker for the enthusiasts because it can hit 0 to 60 MPH in just 3.7 seconds and have a top speed of 155 mph with its 3.0-litre engine.
The 2.0-litre engine is also not far behind that it also manages to cross 0 to 60 MPH in 4.7 seconds which quite quicker than its Bavarian brother BMW Z4 which does same in 5.0 seconds. Supra’s steering is perfectly weighted and accurate. Its suspension setup is too stiff which enhances the overall handling and ride quality on tracks and not so good for daily commute in city. It directly rivals against Chevrolet Camaro, Porsche Cayman GTS and BMW M2 Competition.

Fuel Economy | Mileage
According to EPA, Toyota Supra with 2.0 variant delivers 25 mpg in city and 32 mpg on highway while 3.0 variant manages to earn 22 mpg in city and 30 mpg rating on highway which quite good as compared to competition.
