Suzuki Teases 2024 Swift: What to Expect
Suzuki has given automotive enthusiasts something to look forward to with a tantalizing teaser of the next-generation 2024 Suzuki Swift. This sneak peek comes ahead of the Tokyo Motor Show, scheduled to take place from October 26 to November 5. In the released image, the new Swift showcases a striking dual-tone exterior in blue and black, featuring updated design elements. Although Suzuki officially dubs it the ‘Swift Concept,’ it appears remarkably close to being production-ready. Anticipation is building as we await its expected launch in 2024.
2024 Suzuki Swift Will Be A Sportier Facelift
The next-generation Swift maintains its signature design language while receiving substantial styling updates. Unlike the current-generation Swift’s smooth and gentle lines, the new Swift exudes sportier vibes, thanks to a bold character line that runs the length of the exterior. The bonnet also undergoes a significant transformation, seamlessly integrating with this character line. The front end receives a refresh with an updated grille design and a silver finish on the front chin. Notably, the Suzuki logo, once nestled within the front grille, has been repositioned above it.
Next-Gen Swift: Rear-End Enhancements
Moving to the rear, Suzuki has reimagined the bumper design, ensuring continuity with the character line from the sides, which gracefully extends above the revised tail lamps. Additionally, the next-generation Swift features an updated alloy wheel design, adding to its overall appeal.
Next-Gen Swift: Interior Refinements
Inside the 2024 Swift, we find a familiar dashboard design, reminiscent of the Fronx and the Vitara Brezza, adorned in a tasteful black and grey color scheme. Furthermore, the new Swift incorporates switchgear seen in the Fronx and the Vitara Brezza, such as the 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, the steering wheel, and the toggle switches for HVAC controls.
Next-Gen Swift: Power and Efficiency
Suzuki has yet to divulge specific details regarding the engine and transmission options for the new Swift. However, it does promise a “high-efficiency engine that will strike a balance between driving performance and fuel efficiency.”
Safety Tech Advancements
On the safety front, Suzuki reveals that the 2024 Swift will feature enhanced safety technology, including Dual Sensor Brake Support, collision-mitigating braking, an Adaptive High Beam System, and a Driver Monitoring System. While these details are exciting, further specifics on safety tech remain undisclosed.

The official debut of the next-gen Swift is slated for the Tokyo Motor Show, and it is expected to hit the Indian market sometime next year. In India, it will compete with popular models like the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios and the Tata Tiago.
