The Abarth 500e hot electric hatchback new photos leaked.
Overview
In an interview last month, Abarth confirmed the 500e electric hatchback is coming. Recently a test vehicle has been spotted in a parking lot. It gives us a brief idea of what an electric hatchback car will look like.
The test mule looks like a typical Fiat 500e with its design and badging. The paper on the rear window said “332 BEV Abarth M 001.” We surely think that the “332” is the code for the project. The “M 001,” shows us that it is the first prototype of the 500e.
There aren’t many details about the upcoming 500e from Abarth. Abarth’s boss Oliver Francois said that the 500e is in development and is undergoing final tests. The Abarth 500e is set to launch next year. Francois clarified that the Abarth community project had played an important role in the 500e. And the Abarth 500e is “more complicated to deliver than I thought.” He confirmed that the electric hatchback will come with a new improved suspension setup and braking system. Well, it is expected from the company.

Despite the absence of official performance figures for the point. A report stated the Fiat 500e will be able to accelerate from 0-62 mph in just 7.0 seconds and can achieve a top speed of 100 mph. We think the Abarth version would be more powerful than the Fiat model.
As we know those numbers aren’t from Abarth. We are hoping to get an official list of performance figures and powertrain options and others later this year.
