The E-Legend EL1’s creation has a fascinating backstory. Marcus Holzinger, the head of E-Legend, is a former Volkswagen designer with years of experience. His father, an Audi modeler in the 1980s, contributed to the iconic Sport Quattro. This was a rally car was a homologation from a shortened road car. This inspired Marcus, to create a modern reinterpretation of a Group B legend, the Sport Quattro. The EL1 draws design cues from the Audi Quattro S1 rally car, featuring angular styling, flared wheel arches, and a distinctive bulging bonnet. It blends these classic elements with modern touches like LED lighting, and a bespoke spoiler.
