Hyundai has officially pulled the wraps off the first official images of the much-anticipated Creta N Line, slated for a March 11 launch in India. This sporty iteration of the popular Creta SUV builds upon the recently launched facelift. It adds a series of cosmetic enhancements and hints at potential mechanical upgrades to elevate the driving experience. Bookings for the new N Line Creta are already underway with a token amount of Rs 25,000.

The most evident transformation lies in the Creta N Line’s exterior design. The front fascia undergoes a significant revision, sporting a new grille that exudes a bolder stance and will feature the N Line badge. The headlights receive an upgrade with larger vertical clusters, while a new front bumper with enlarged air intakes projects a more aggressive character. The rear end mirrors the sporty theme with a redesigned bumper. It also features a black diffuser and a new dual-tip exhaust system.

Beyond these prominent changes, the Creta N-Line incorporates several subtle yet impactful design elements. A black roof and red accents strategically placed along the lower body sides inject a dose of vibrancy. The 18-inch alloy wheels boast a bold design, further complementing the SUV’s sporty persona. Red brake callipers peeking through the spokes add a final touch of performance-oriented flair.

While the full interior remains under wraps, spy shots offer a sneak peek at what awaits passengers. The Creta N will embrace a predominantly black interior theme, punctuated with red accents on the dashboard for a visually stimulating and sporty ambience. Red stitching on the seats and gear stalk further reinforces the N-Line’s performance-oriented character.

Hyundai Creta N Line will be generously equipped with over 70 safety features, prioritizing passenger well-being. Notably, 42 of these features will be standard across all variants, ensuring a comprehensive safety net for drivers and passengers alike. Some key safety features include six airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Electronic parking brake with auto hold, and Hill Assist Control (HAC).

Performance:

Following the footsteps of its N-Line siblings, the Creta N-line will receive an upgraded suspension setup alongside improved steering geometry compared to the standard Creta. This translates to potentially sharper handling and a more engaging driving experience. Under the hood, the familiar 1.5-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine from the standard Creta will continue doing duty. The engine makes 158 bhp and 253 Nm of torque and comes with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and a possible 6-speed manual gearbox as an option keeping hope alive for enthusiasts seeking a more traditional driving experience.

Pricing and Availability:

As the launch date approaches, anticipation for the Creta N-line continues to build. Pricing will be in the range of Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000 above its standard counterpart. It reflects the premium associated with the N Line’s performance-oriented enhancements and exclusive design elements. With bookings already open, eager Creta N Line enthusiasts can secure their place in line for this upcoming sporty iteration of the popular SUV.
