Overview
After launching the stunning and powerful Air sedan in the market, Lucid is all set to launch it’s next Gravity to compete with the Tesla Model X, Audi E-Tron and the Jaguar I-Pace. Lucid Gravity will be an all electric SUV, with beautiful and breathtaking looks, it will carry a simpler, futuristic and minimalist approach design in its interiors with every bit of features and convenience needed by the driver with a roomier cabin with loads of practicality. And since it will be a SUV so the perks of high driving, along with fun drive. And we expect that the new Lucid Gravity will be coming with a different range of powertrain options just like the Air, and the top of the line is expected to produce more than a whopping 1050 horsepower and will be offered with a single or dual motor setup. Powered by a 113 kWh battery and a driving range of more than 500 miles is also expected while we wait for the official launch of the car.

What’s New ?
The Lucid Gravity will be an all new SUV from Lucid and is likely to hit production in late this year or 2023.

Engine, Transmission, 0-60 mph, Top Speed & Performance
We expect that just like the Lucid Air, the upcoming Gravity will also share it’s electrical and mechanical specifications from the Lucid Air which will be coming with the dual motor setup which will make a power output of more than 1000 horsepower with the most powerful model with standard all wheel drive and adjustable air suspension which was missing from the Air. While the low end variant comes with a single motor design. And could have a 0-60 mph timing in under 3 seconds. And like we expect from a SUV, the new Gravity is also expected to have that. And we hope that it will be capable of delivering that and meeting the expectations when it comes out.

Battery Capacity, Range & Charging
Just like the Air the new Gravity shares it’s 113 kWh battery size which will be capable to deliver upto 517 miles. And it will also support a high 350 kW DC fast charging from Lucid’s chargers.
Price
Although it will be a SUV, it is expected to carry a much higher starting price compared to the Lucid Air. And we estimate that the new Lucid Gravity will start at a price of around $90,000.
